Our story

EFIX Aviation Support is an Aeronautical Maintenance Organization, a reference in the Brazilian market in maintenance of the most diverse aeronautical components of commercial aircraft, general aviation and Defense. Our story began in 2015, when EFIX was conceived for this purpose, in 2016 it obtained its initial certification in Rio de Janeiro-RJ, transferring its operations to São José dos Campos-SP in 2017. EFIX has capacity for repair and overhaul for Hydraulic components, including the set of landing gears, from helicopters of the Airbus Helicopters, Pneumatic components and Electrical components, such as Water boilers for commercial aircraft, Generators, Batteries and Fuel pumps. EFIX Aviation Support is certified by ANAC (COM1604-34), EASA (EASA145.0884), Brazilian Air Force (DIRMAB 2018-004), Brazilian Army (DMAVEX-2019.17), Brazilian Navy (DAERM-07/2018). In 2020, EFIX was acquired by PAG - Precision Aviation Group.

Ricardo Malato

Co-founder & Director, Ricardo Malato is a Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineer graduated from ITA, with an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ and studant of master in Aerospace Sciences and Technologies from ITA. Malato was Technical Director of Webjet Linhas Aéreas and Engineering Manager at MetrôRio.

Joel Josende

Co-founder & Director, Joel Josende has over 35 years dedicated to aviation, was co-founder and Director of Digex MRO, is an FAA certified A & P inspector, with commercial and technical experience in various models of civil and military aircraft .
